Frequently asked questions
Does OrderMerge merge Shopify orders?
No. Shopify does not provide a native order-merge API. OrderMerge creates warehouse consolidation groups so your team can fulfill multiple customer orders together.
Will OrderMerge modify my Shopify orders?
No. Shopify remains the source of truth. Optional OrderMerge tags can be applied if you enable them in Settings.
How does matching work?
Match by customer ID, email, and shipping address. Detection windows of 24, 48, 72, or 168 hours are supported.
Can I ignore false-positive candidates?
Yes. Ignored candidates stay out of future scans until the underlying order combination changes.
What happens after the included groups limit?
Overage is $0.20 per additional consolidation group beyond your plan limit.
